Technical Guidance for Swale Borough Council has been prepared in conjunction with the Kent and Medway Air Quality Air Quality Partnership in response to the changes in national planning policy, through the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
In October 2017 there was an appeal to the High Court over a Swale air quality issue – the judge rejected the appeal by developers against Swale. The judgement.
