Education

Did you know that your class or group can visit our museum FREE OF CHARGE and have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to our historical building and collections while it is closed to other visitors? We can cater for all ages from 5 upwards and adults too!

We have a wealth of local history on display and the children can look around with a knowledgeable guide or concentrate on specific subjects during their visit.

Some of the areas that we can cover, as they relate to Faversham, include:

Romans, Tudors, Victorians, World War I, World War II
Toys, Shipbuilding, Gunpowder, Communication, Science Topics

We are not restricted just to visits by children, adult groups are very welcome too!

Some of the toys from our collection

Contact us to arrange a pre-visit to familiarise yourself with the museum and carry out a risk assessment. Talk to us to discuss your specific requirements and we will try to be as flexible as we can.
