Christmas Walking With History Tour

We are delighted to confirm that this year we will be hosting one of our much-loved 'Walking with History Tours' over the festive period.

These tours are a great way to learn so much and see the town in a whole new way.  The walk takes between 1.5 - 2 hours and is not physically demanding, with the exception of a few cobblestones!

The tour will start at The Fleur de Lis Heritage centre at 10:30am on Saturday the 28th December, and take you round the Market Place, Court Street, Abbey Street, the Physic Garden and St Mary's Church.  You may pass these places every day, but how familiar are you with their rich history?

At £5 per adult and £3 per child tickets include free entry to the museum and represent great value for money.  Better still, they'd be great stocking fillers or a good opportunity to treat yourself after organising Christmas.

Please note that whilst ordinarily we don't require tickets to be bought in advance for our Walking Tours, we are making an exception for this one due to the time of year.  Limited places available so please be sure to pick your ticket up from the Fleur as soon as you can!
