If you love Faversham, join us. We seek to Cherish the Past, Adorn the Present, Create for the Future

Museums & Archives / Research

Our museum looks small from the outside but is a treasure trove of all things Faversham. There are always fun trails to follow and lots of things to keep children busy.

For teachers and groups, find out more about bespoke visits, to support the curriculum or your interests.

We can also help you with your family history research if you have local ancestors.

The Faversham Society has an extensive archive, housed at the Fleur de Lis Heritage Centre, and some of our photographic collection is available online. There are also other collections of archive material and history groups in the town.
