This is a preliminary representation objecting to this planning application. In June 2022, the Faversham Society published its decision that it is, in principle, opposed to all large-scale development on greenfield land.
The Society supports the stance and the detailed, irrefutable, sustainable grounds justifying the refusal of this application adopted by Faversham Town Council in their representation posted on the planning portal on the 24th of June 2024.

Our new Government is proposing significant amendments to the National Planning Policy Framework. As such The Faversham Society reserves the right to make further representations should this application not be determined by the date of their passage into law.
