Visitor Information Centre / Things to do

There’s lots to see and do in our beautiful historical town.

Whether you are a local resident or visiting for the first time, we have lots of FREE information for you at the Visitor Information Centre.

If you are interested in the history of our town, you can discover a timeline, all about our mayors dating back to 1256 or read recollections of the World Wars. There is also a section about the history of medieval Abbey Street and one of our most famous residents, Arden of Faversham.
You can print off town trails, or find more information about local landmarks, see Maison Dieu, Stone Chapel or Chart Gunpowder Mills.

We have other museums and things to see in Faversham and you can find out all this and more below.
